Order Issues
If your order arrived damaged, is missing items, or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us with your order number and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible. Photos of any damage are helpful but not required.

Need to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription? You can do it yourself anytime by logging into your account at www.corevalabs.com and clicking "Manage Subscriptions." If you run into any trouble, email us and we'll handle it within 1 business day.

Have a question about ingredients, or need guidance on how to use the product alongside medication? Email us and we'll get back to you with the information you need. For medical-specific questions, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider.
